The first focuses mainly on issues concerning international or domestic transfers, such as relocation, expatriates management, compensation policies, benefits and tax consultancy in the transference processes, cultural training, and visas. As for the second field of action, Start Again's competency is present in advising and supporting top management in overall and strategic aspects of the business, such as feasibility analyses, support in negotiating mergers & acquisitions, alliances, technology licensing.
